Welcome!

Working with individuals, couples, & families , my approach is trauma-centered, embodied, and relational. I offer a range of tools as needed by each client that help with emotional regulation, eg managing anxiety, ruminating thoughts, overwhelming moods. Supporting my clients’ ability to see or make meaning, joy, and magic in their lives is a huge motivator for my practice.

I specialize in helping clients pursue healthy relationships, including:

  • resolving effects of early trauma, especially CPTS (complex post-traumatic stress)

  • recognizing & healing from abuse

  • setting boundaries and communicating needs

  • repairing or deepening partner connection

  • finding a partner

  • workplace conflict / career or creative blocks

  • recognizing & grappling with systemic oppression & intergenerational trauma

  • increasing social skills/coping with social anxiety

For my work with couples, I’m a Level 2 PACT clinician. Learn more about PACT.

For my work with trauma and emotional regulation, I’m trained in EMDR, the Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM), and MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction).

I trained as a sexual assault advocate with the East LA Women’s Center, and worked for many years with V-Day, the movement to end violence against women. I have been committed to the creative voice, bodily autonomy, and social/political agency of female-identified people my whole life.
